J Henry Fair, a NY-based American photographer and environmental activist, focuses on environmental and political problems around the world, who is known for his breathtaking series of aerial photos entitled “Industrial Scars” series that reveals the unnatural and tragic textures and colors caused by humanity’s destructive habits on our planet, say, abandoned mining operations, oil drilling, hydro-fracking, coal-ash waste, large scale agricultural production and so on.
