Inspired by the organic shapes of the natural environment, Hannah Bullen-Ryner, a full-time mama with artistic and creative abilities, uses only natural materials found in local forest to create ephemeral land art, she arranges twigs, leaves, flower petals, and berries into stunning birds portraits without glue or any permanent fixings. As a painter and photographer fond of nature, she is still bounding with artistic energy, “I create to share my love of nature and to soothe my soul, ” says the artist, “finding the medium of land art has allowed my art and my connection to the earth my soul so needed to combine…As a full-time mama of three-year-old twin girl, land art is my quiet time, my peace.”
