The Butterflies series is a project by UK-based artist Laura Hart, based on rare species and endangered butterfly species from around the world, who uses the lost wax molding and pate de verre kiln casting processes to recreate these beautiful creatures with bright colors and symmetrical patterns in glass sculptures.
